Frequently Asked

Does Etudia listen to me play?

Not yet. Today, Etudia is a visual and audio practice guide — a cursor and real piano-sound playback that follow the score. It doesn't take microphone or MIDI input or grade your playing.

Can I use my own sheet music?

Yes — import any MusicXML file (.musicxml or .xml) via the Upload tab's file picker, or "Open in Etudia" from another app. Compressed .mxl files aren't supported yet.

Where does my imported sheet music go?

Nowhere but your device. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Use the "Restore Purchases" option in Etudia's paywall screen while signed into the same Apple ID you originally purchased with.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are billed through Apple, so refunds go through Apple's own process — visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
